Hi! I’m Maren - IFS and Spiritual Guide, and I am so glad you are here!
I have been in the field of psychology and healing for over two decades. I am a Level 2 IFS practitioner (and IFS client!), spiritual seeker, and eternal student. I provide IFS coaching and spiritual services such as Akashic Record readings and Past Life Regressions.
I am especially drawn to healing modalities that are collaborative, transformative, and empower clients to tap into their own healing resources. I am passionate about helping clients love and welcome ALL of who they are!
