I am an LGBTQIA2S+ affirming provider, and I welcome and support people regardless of sexual orientation or expression, gender, and lifestyle.
I want to acknowledge that as a human being on this planet, I am racist. I am committed to a lifelong examination of my own racism and know I can always do and be better.
Clients with Whom I Work Best
I work best with clients who are ready to do the “deep dive” and are inspired by the process of getting to know who they truly are, while recognizing the journey to self knowledge is never actually over.
I believe there is so much more to the universe than we can see and understand, and am open to the mysteries of life. I love discussing topics that can fall outside the coaching norm and into the transpersonal realm such as near death experiences, past lives, and altered states of consciousness. Not only are these fascinating topics, they can also bring people to a greater place of healing. If these topics light you up, we just might be a great fit!
If you are someone who is looking for advice from an outside source, a place to vent, to be fixed (SPOILER ALERT: YOU ARE NOT, NOR WERE YOU EVER BROKEN!), or coping tools only, I am not the right fit for you.
If you are open to learning how you can approach your emotions, your life experiences, and even your distress with more curiosity and presence we just might be a great match!

When working with me in this capacity you will not receive a mental health diagnosis, and you will not be able to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
You WILL have more flexibility in the care you receive, avoid receiving a mental health diagnosis, not be limited by the constraints of a third party, targeted sessions to the issues you would like to address, options for longer sessions, and the ability to incorporate spiritual modalities not covered by insurance. In short, YOU are in control of your healing process!
If you have a mental illness, a history of intense suicidal ideation or attempts, or untreated trauma, you would be better served by a licensed mental health professional. If you are in the state of Minnesota and would like to potentially work with me on a clinical level, please visit my website here.
